Easter Sunday April 5th,  we invite you to experience authentic and delicious French cuisine with an elegant buffet which will be served from 11:00 am to 3 pm. Following is our menu for this special event to delight the entire family!

Buffet Menu Includes:

Omelette & Crepe Station
Ham, bacon and sausage, both savory and sweet dessert crepes

Appetizers: Shrimp cocktail, poached salmon, moules marinieres, smoked salmon, escargots bourguignon, “pate maison” and more...

Salads: Ceasar, mixed green, crudités (raw vegetables tray)

Entrees: Roasted beef tenderloin with mushrooms demi-glaze, roasted leg of lamb with rosemary demi-glace, Dijon-crusted roasted pork loin au jus, chicken provencale with linguini, shepherds’ pie, braised ham in champagne, vegetables ratatouille, and potatoes en persillade

Assorted Breads: French bread, rolls, croissants, and more...

Cheeses: Assorted cheese tray with grapes

Desserts: Cheese cake, variety of cakes, chocolate mousse, crème brulee, cream puffs, pies, fruit salade, and cookies.

Beverages: Coffee, tea, or choice of juice or soft drinks will be $2.15 each with free refills.

Aperitifs/Special Offers - $7 per glass:
Rose Pamplemousse - Grapefruit-infused Chateau Pesquie Terrasse rose (This is a very popular nouveau aperitif in the South of France)
